Zay was excellent! He is the ONLY reason I come to this location he deserves a raise! ASAP . Honest customer from Connecticut. And now he has my whole entire family. Great brand advocate. Any company would love his attitude and dedicated approach. And I don’t know him, for ANYTHING … except Pizza Hut customer service, and representation.

I had an excellent experience at Pizza Hut! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect when you’re craving good pizza—perfectly made and full of flavor. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Abanoub who helped me was professional, patient, and genuinely kind. They made sure my order was correct, took the time to answer my questions, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. It’s rare to come across service that makes you feel valued as a customer, but they absolutely delivered. Great food is one thing, but great people make the experience memorable—and that’s exactly what this visit was. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Do I go to pizzahut for a pie? No, i go to a proper NJ parlor. Do i go to pizzahut for *pizza hut*? ABSOLUTELY. Unnngh, the classic deep dish pizza with its crispy fluffy crust, and the breadsticks with the sprinkly parmeseany goodness on top... its also open until 3am, which isnt as common in NJ anymore. On top of all that, of the 2 orders i have sent here, one complex and one simple, they got both completely right. Atmosphere is out of their control. They are clean, but they are still in newark and the plastic is thick. I understand why, but 3 stars for being clean.

My son loves Pizza Hut, and since we live downtown, we come here multiple times a week. This is the second time I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Kamal, and both experiences really stood out. The first time, the store was extremely busy with multiple orders coming in all at once, yet Kamal remained calm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Even with the rush, he made sure every customer felt acknowledged and taken care of. What impressed me even more during this visit was that before handing over our order, he personally opened the pizza box to make sure everything was correct and that the pizza was to our liking. That level of attention to detail and pride in customer satisfaction is rare and truly appreciated. It’s clear this wasn’t a one-time experience his professionalism, kindness, and consistency set the tone every time we come in. Exceptional managers make all the difference, and Kamal absolutely deserves recognition for the way he leads and cares for customers.

I’ve been to a lot of Pizza Hut stores and by far that was the best , the pizza was burning hot from the oven , the staff was real polite and nice , the manager “Abanoub” was super helpful , def recommended
